Perfect location, super spacious room:

We chose this hotel because of the location, very short walk to either Haeundae blueline park (sky capsule) or the beach, and it is indeed perfect. Area was nice, with restaurants and convenient stores in the same block. Super spacious room, more than enough to fit our family of 4.

Exceptional

Really enjoyed my stay! The person who greeted me was super nice and helpful, and my room was very comfortable. For me, the location was great - within walking distance of most of my activities and had views of Haeundae beach. If I ever visit the area again, I'll definitely consider staying here again :)

Perfect for a short break

With this hotel you have to start with the location, if you are in a room with a seaview that is. Waking up in the morning and being able to look out over the beach and ocean is perfect. That said, the view at night is good too. I usually don't bother with breakfast when I stay in hotels, but on this occasion I went up to the top floor and had a good simple breakfast. The breakfast room is well situated and also has a balcony. The balcony is a great place to have your morning coffee and toast - weather permitting. The room was a decent size and the bathroom good. At the front desk you can make yourself a cup of coffee or tea at anytime and there is a constant supply of water too. In the bathroom you get a supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and conditioner. Overall, I would highly recommend a stay here if you plan a few days at the beach and the Haeundae area. A very good experience.

If I complained about anything it would be a very minor complaint and not worth talking about. My two nights here were most enjoyable.

Great value for the location

The location/view alone is worth the price! It's right across the street from the beach, and the rooftop bar has a nice view of the ocean. It's also walking distance from restaurants and attractions.

Excellent service and impeccable view

Accessible to the Blueline Park and Busan X Sky (less than 2 mins walk to both) - PRIME location for good value of money! There were free breakfast included AND you could do your laundry, yes wash and dry! There is also a 7E, CU and Olive Young near by all less than 1 min walk!! Multiple restaurants around too! I stayed in the ocen view room and it truly was impressive! The view and sound of the waves soothes you ️

Best view and location but....

I'm giving this hotel a 9 - the positive outweighs the negative. First thing we love is thr helpful staff, Mr. T ( sorry I forgot his name but I remember only his initial). He is a perfect example of real service oriented staff. He made our stay enjoyable. He spoke great English, very accommodating and honest. The hotel is in excellent location, within close distance to the beach and sites such as the Blue line Park and Lotte Mall. From our window, we can see several landmarks.; view of the ocean, lighthouses, piers etc. It surrounded by restaurants, hotels, shopping & grocery stores. The rooms are on the 3rd floor(contrary to how it was advertised as ground floor) so you'll have a privacy from the hassle and bustle of crowds. The room is spacious and open with high ceiling & big windows. The space is perfect for families. It is one the biggest room we've ever booked. It has modern fixtures and furnitures like a proper dining tables and chairs, it has a lot of sitting area including a small lounge sofa. The bathroom has complete sections eith fancy toilet,sink and standing shower. The toilet has remote control functions for flushing,heated seats,bidet and drying your bottoms. The shower is adjustable and removable. They provide free toiletries in the room.Water pressure is good both hot and cold. They provided bathrobes and slippers. Beds are clean and comfy with several soft pillows,side tables and electrical outlets for charging phones etc. Wifi is good. TV is new with cable channels. We were able to watch Netflix and YouTube. They provide some appliances in the room like refrigerator. Eectric kettle, hair blower and humidifier. Microwave Is outside.( it's at the reception area). Free waters and we got a complimentary wine we checked in. Staff spoke English. I think the price is good for what it is.

Though the room is spacious, the furniture placements need improvements. They are in rather odd location in the room.. Say for example, the vanity mirror is next to the front door that has motion sensors lighting. You can't rely on it if you are putting making up on. There is a kitchen nook that is too big and not even useful. There are no kitchenware or dinnerware available. I guess you have to ask the front desk for them. The supposedly office table has no electrical outlet nor near the dining table. The room has an odd smell like kimchi or sewer which we realized was coming from the restaurants below. I wish they provide candles or deodorizer to address this concern. It can be unbearable when the room gets humid. Opening the windows make it worst because then you have added smell of seafood. I guess that's thr prize to pay for being near a fish market. The breakfast is okay but not much. Note that the dining area is self help. You prepare your own food. We had to cook our own eggs. We don't mind it but it wasn't explained to us or at least lost in translation. It was hard trying to find everything as they are all written in Korean( no English translation)and the staff left after opening the pantry, no one to answer our question. We just sat outside the patio to enjoy the view.

Mipo hotel has helped to make this my best visit to Haeundae!

Although I didn't eat the breakfast, there are some great Korean restaurants right there, they offered what appeared to be a very good American style breakfast. The location is fantastic, right by Haeundae beach and with a great view from the room! I have stayed at the best hotels around here but, from now on, will be staying at Mipo. It is half the price of most hotels in the area.

Highly recommendable Hotel in a great location with a great view and very very helpful staff.

The hotel was at the ocean front commanding a impressive view of the ocean and Haewoondae Beach line but at a incredibly low cost for such a view property. Highly recommend restaurants were in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and willing to assist. The Mipo train station for the seaside cube / train ride was just a few steps away. Daily breakfast was provided but you have to cook and self serve. Since it was fun, I put this as a plus feature. The space was small but cozy. The staff allowed us to check out a little later.

First and second floors of the property were occupied by restaurants. While the noise not food smell were surprisingly not a problem at all, I was a bit concerned about higher risk of fire potential but we stayed for two nights only.

Perfect for a seaside break

Checking in was fast and friendly. The hotel is small, clean, and very well situated. I had a sea-view from my room which was very pleasant to have. Included breakfast was simple, but a good start to the day - the breakfast room is on the top floor with a balcony, which is perfect to have a cup of coffee on in the morning. The rooms are ample for two people and the shower was good. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend the Mipo Oceanside Hotel if you are after a few days by the sea.

No complaints about the hotel… all was good!

Value for the money, amazing view, my go-to hotel from now on

Super value for the money considering the location and was literally facing the sea which was the reason I booked this hotel. Cozy room and the view we get was immaculate, definitely found the go-to hotel whenever I'm back in Busan. everything was so good i do not even have anything bad to say about this hotel, even it was just a 3 floors hotel but being able to hear the waves sound was the best to me.
